All
bids will be confirmed as soon as possible by assigning each bidder a
buyer's number via phone call, text or email. Bidders will
be able to track their bids on the web site each day. We will post the high bid and buyer’s number
next to each prospect.
We are
making the offering in this manner in an effort to be as fair as
possible to all who are interested in our BEST SHOWPIG
prospects. THE PRELIMINARY BIDDING WILL CLOSE ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 25
@ 8:00 PM, CST. On SUNDAY, JAN. 26 THE FINAL CLOSING WILL BEGIN! We will contact all high bidders and contending
bidders beginning 1:00 PM CST. All contending bidders CAN RAISE THEIR BID OR BID ON ANY OTHER LOT IN THE OFFERING AT A LOWER PRICE.
We will go
through the entire offering in this manner: highest sale price to
lowest sale price. The sale will be completed as soon as
possible, so let us know if you will be unavailable on JANUARY 26 and we will try to accommodate any special circumstances.
Example:
At 8:00 PM Joe was the last to bid on Lot 20 at $1500, Ed and Bob were
the contending bidders. Both Ed and Bob will have the opportunity to
continue to bid. If Bob wins the bid on Lot 20, then Joe and Ed
will have the opportunity to drop to any other Lot in the sale. This
process will continue starting with the highest priced Lot until the
lowest priced Lot is sold.
